The residential and commercial building is located in Niš, in a quiet street in the wider city center. It has an ideal location near the river, main roads, schools and health institutions. The building was designed in an uninterrupted sequence, of considerable size in an environment, with a dominant facade front, in accordance with the tendency of transformation of the existing block.

In order to break the large monolithic facade plane, during the design process, two breaks were formed in the dimensions of the building: one in the ground floor area covered with aluminum profiles in gold color, and the other on the last three floors in dark gray color. In the urban context, the breaks in the dimensions of the building came from the need to reconcile the slanted regulation line with the orthogonal dimensions of the building and the borders of the plot. The "reduction" of the facade front was also achieved by a different treatment of the terraces on the last two floors, which further emphasized the diverse color and volumetric solution. Also, the white mass of the dominant facades is refined with dark gray aluminum frames that connect certain windows and thus contribute to the authentic character of the building.
