Les Balconnières

LOGIOUEST entrusted us with the rehabilitation of these 98 dwellings to save energy and embellish the building in a contemporary spirit. The choice of materials used in the recent extension of 35 dwellings allows an overall harmony to the site. The facades are clad with creamy white ITE on most of the elevations. The balconies and part of the ground floor are clad in rough timber cladding. Vertical blocks are occasionally clad in natural zinc in response to the material used in the extension.
