RIVERSIDE IV

"Each era has its own principles and its own architectural expression. The old town of Vilnius is also unique in that when you walk down the street you can read the eras like in a history book. Today, a new page is being filled in this book - RIVERSIDE IV". - architect T. Balčiūnas. The shape of the fourth quarter is somewhat reminiscent of areas where the old town gradually transitions from a strict perimeter construction to a farmhouse: through the gaps between the houses you can see green yards, cozy terraces with a view of the river, and inside the quarter - a courtyard with a children's playground and recreation areas.
