Municipal Office Chlumec

This building dates back to the 1950s. Reconstructing this object, including changing its purpose, was certainly very difficult. The new municipal office of the town of Chlumec, a gym and a social hall with facilities are proof of a convenient new use. The reconstructed building, taking into account the current requirements of buildings, has additional insulation of all façades and roofs and its low-energy operation is ensured. Sensitive and precise implementation of façades clearly shows through. It is a very apt solution for a public building.
