Colina Lac represents the first phase of a development that aims to create the ideal environment for a united community, through everything that architecture and urbanism can offer - it represents a long-term vision. The first phase takes place on an area of ​​3 ha and includes 112 meticulously designed homes and a generous outdoor space, and in the future it will also include a school, kindergarten, sports fields, commercial spaces, club-spa, lake promenade and a series of other complementary functions. Drawing inspiration from European cities with personality, each house in the ensemble is named after a city and has its own identity and story.
