SEDİR Taş Evler, is located in the Yahşi area, which is still a relatively quiet, small-scale, naturally landscaped settlement, unlike the center of Bodrum, which experienced a building boom in the 1990s. It consists of 12 detached single-storey villas on a ~7100 m² plot, with a technical infrastructure suitable for 12 months of life. In these houses, which opened to a detached life, maximum use of the garden has been made, and a parking lot for two cars has been allocated to each house. There is a ~100 m² outdoor swimming pool and social facility area in the site. In our project, which we set out with the concept of integration with the natural pattern, the solid cedar tree, which fascinates with its scent, that we use in all exterior wood productions, also gave the project its name. Natural didym stone, which we prefer as exterior cladding, is supported with decorative plasters containing natural colors and textures. Attention has been drawn to rural architectural details by using copper materials in the bay window roof coverings and downpipes, and bamboo in the garden fences. In order to support the concept created indoors, lime plaster and spacial interior paint applications have been made, which are produced from natural raw materials, have high breathing ability, and prevent the formation of bacteria, viruses and molds.
