The stone veneers, plank cladding of the facades and the wood paneling under the eaves are references to old Bulgarian houses and the generous glazing of the living room gives the building a contemporary feel. The broken up roof lines and facades fracture the volume of the building and the horizontal lines make it appear low-slung.
