AVANERA SUCEAVA

Located in the heart of Suceva, the AVANERA project combines the local spirit and the contemporary lifestyle, redefining local patterns and thus setting architectural standards to a new level. The project aims to break the local monotony and outline all the advantages of modern life, where you can feel, every day, how the city comes to life from the tallest residential building in Suceava. The complex consists of 3 blocks with a height of 50 m (S/D+P+13E/15E), each block having a number of 182 apartments and a total of 850 parking spaces. Thus, the 3 buildings will become an architectural landmark for the city.
